Welcome to week 10! You are crushing your 90-Day Goal.

And right about now you may be thinking to yourself, “this is hard work.” You may be wondering why you got started on this adventure and whether or not this is really a rhythm of life design that you want to continue beyond this effort. Or maybe you are finally starting to see the fruit from this hard work and are feeling encouraged.

I want to affirm and validate that this is work. It takes focus, discipline and energy to do what you are doing in your 90-Day Goal. I hope these short bursts of encouragement are not only inspiring you to stay the course but they are also helping you appreciate the value and power of pursuing a 90-Day Goal in your life design.

90 days is long enough to do something significant that can change your life and make an impact.

For example, 90 days is the length of time that boot camp turns a person into a United States Marine. 90 days is also short enough to keep your attention and realize the immense satisfaction of success as you cross the finish line. We can see 90 days on the calendar easily.

A 90-Day Goal practice is still work. Depending on how you were raised and what you have experienced, you may have a view that work is bad and to be avoided. On the other end of the spectrum you may view work as attractive, so much so it consumes you leaving you without time and space for your family or friends.

A healthy view and relationship with work is available to us through the truth of scripture and the example of Jesus, which we will be unpacking this week together.

Tip 64: Work It.

At Younique we encourage you to appreciate that your life is more than work but that work plays a crucial role. Your integrated life will include health, love, work and play in a balance that not only helps you reach your life dreams but is also sustainable and good. You have to work it all, not just the work storyline but also the health, love and play.

Work your 90-Day Goal. If you are feeling tired or discouraged by the work then receive this encouragement that your work is to the glory of God. Every ounce of effort is received by the Lord with appreciation when you offer it to him.

We work it out of gratitude for all the Lord has done for us. Work is a healthy and valuable part of life. This week we will work our 90-Day Goal Together.

Please send me your questions, challenges, and suggestions as we continue in the 90-Day Goal Together. I look forward to hearing from you and sharing the journey with you.
